Country of Origin: Ethiopia NLS Award: 2004-2005 Graduate Program: MSc Nursing Science/Preventative Nursing, University of Kuopio, Finland Goal: Develop community home-based care programs for people living with HIV/AIDS in Ethiopia, and incorporate the concepts of long-term care for chronic illness and home-based care for acute infectious diseases in the curriculum of nurse training. Current Projects: Bulti was awarded his MSc in Nursing Science from the University of Kuopio in Finland in June 2006. His graduate research focused on the area of family caregiving within the context of HIV/AIDS in Ethiopia. He has since returned to Ethiopia.
